• Dari Kiri/ Kanan, Impeh Kiri/ Kanan
• Dari Kiri/ Kanan, Pusing Kiri/ Kanan Pu-sing

Then go to your E-board and answer the following questions-

1. Name the english meaning for the drills above.
2. Write down the timing for the 4 drills above.
3. List the steps needed to be taken for each drill.
4. What are the common mistakes for these drills, and how to correct them?
5. When is the drill used for?
