please take note that there will be training this coming Saturday, (25/02/2012).

Things to take note -

1) Please be punctual. I do not want any late comers.

2) Take note of your attire.

- Long socks

- Track pants

- Spectacle hooks for those who wear specs

- Hair pinned up and tied up for the girls

3) Do not forget to bring along your ice mountain.

I want your water bottles TO BE LABELED with your name.

4) Fall in at the parade square at 0730 sharp.

5) Those who didn't turn up for previous training, please hand up your MC/excuse letters.

6) Anyone else who owe us CDR, Consent forms, or anything, please hand up too.
